Cover failures

UGHHH!

This is not good new guys...so out of 12 pictures I made 9 of them into "something" if I can even call it that.

Then out of the 9 I choose to move forward with 3 - testing them out as the e-book cover to see what they would look like.

The one is a definite NO! The other one is ok and the last one is better than the one before, but I still don't get that feeling I had before.

That "this is the one" feeling when I look at it.

The concept of what I pictured is completely there - as are the colors but it just doesn't look, I don't know...maybe as clearly as I was hoping for?

So, the two options are to rework it from scratch or move forward with something completely different.

I guess the good news is I found some unexpected pictures left in my reel from a month ago or so that I had completely forgotten about so I might start there first and see if I can make something pop with one of those.

BUT the good news is I wrote what the back of the book will say <3 YUMMM! 

There's just something about lovers that hate each other.
