Just know that she is exactly right - it's okay to go through periods of uncertainty. It's even okay to question things along the way. It's common for us to be hard on ourselves. Because we do put a lot on ourselves. We dump so much onto our plate until its heaping full! And we still add more. We are far more emotional whether that be silently or seen. Things mean more to us - they cut us deeper - it takes longer for us to heal. And that's okay. Because you know what? In the end Lauren is right - your light will come back on. It will and when it does it's going to be shining even brighter than it was before it went out. You won't even remember that time when it was dim or nonexistent. You are capable and you are worth it. And in the end it's all gonna work out my friend <3
