^^It's almost like those words were written for me

Someone said their mentor told them this one: "Showing your emotions to people is like bleeding next to a shark." I feel that for sure and that's a pretty good way of summarizing it but in life (on land) there are good sharks and bad ones. But I'm sure in the ocean they aren't all bad either.
